Hi Fellow Readers!

The TRRC Team is busy enjoying summer and we hope you all are having a marvelous time. During my summer travels I frequently indulge in a nice cold Long Island Ice Tea cocktail! Believe me it is a relaxing moment! But recently I was introduced to a West Coast version of the drink which turned out to be very summery. Here's the receipe, give it a try.

Long Beach Ice Tea
A West Coast twist on an Eastern Coast Classic
In a Collins Glass with Ice
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Tequila (optional)
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Sweet & Sour
1 oz. Cranberry Juice
Top with 7up
Garnish with a lemon twist
