Contemporary Romance
Peace of mind is what Nick Mirovic
needed after years of working for the CIA as an
interpreter and after his latest assignment in Kosovo.
Following a failed marriage he heads to the seclusion of
his late grandfather's lake house. Zoe Chandler has made
many people upset with her exposés, but none of them
ever wanted to see her pay the ultimate price- until
now. Needing to complete her latest book on stolen
Italian art Zoe rents a cabin on a lake in Northern
Minnesota. After spotting Nick, she re-thinks about how
much time she should devote to her book.
Nick's peaceful existence is about to come to a
screeching halt and Zoe's problems are just the
beginning! A man from his past is about to be appointed
to a high profile position with the government, where
loose ends have no place. With the aid of a few friends,
Nick and Zoe will outwit their pursuers and put an end
to the crimes.
HOT PROPERTY is a terrific read and personally one of my
favorite contemporaries in recent years from Ms.
Johnson. Readers will appreciate the way Zoe's and
Nick's stories blend together seamlessly. You will not
grow tired of the focus on one character's dilemma over
the other. Fans of Ms. Johnson will love Nick and Zoe's
story as much as I did, so be sure to pick up your copy.
