Dominique Dawson has no choice but to
spy on her birth land England, in order to save the life
of her younger brother from their French cousin. She's
not happy about it, but will do whatever she must to
save her brother's life.
Being the governess for Admiral Chase Randall's son,
William, is turning out to be more than she expected.
She never expected to fall in love with William, nor to
have feelings for Chase. But those feelings can't keep
her from following through with her mission. Above all
she must save her brother, even if it means losing the
two people who have come to mean the world to her. In
the midst of her struggles with finding the information
the French want, Dominique's faith is tested. How can
she trust God? Will she be able to trust God or will she
find that all she holds dear is lost to her?
THE FALCON AND THE SPARROW is a wonderful book. Fans of
Ms. Tyndall's previous stories will find another great
historical that quickly pulls you in. The characters are
engaging and the story has action, drama, suspense, and
a measure of faith all thrown together to make for an
interesting read. I hope we see more of these characters
in a future story as I feel Chase's sister and his
friend both have a story to tell. Fans of historical
romances with intrigue and a little inspiration will
find THE FALCON AND THE SPARROW a delightful addition to
their reading library.
